Scholars Review

Latest review of Scholars' Restaurant

Overall, this was an eye-opening experience, in the best possible way. It's very heartening to see the next generation of Scottish hospitality talent not only gaining valuable practical skills but, frankly, smashing it out of the park too.

The food was incredible, the service equally so, and the pricing really won't be beat for the quality of food on offer.

Why Scholars' is Special

Live Classroom Environment - What sets Scholars’ apart is the unique "live classroom" environment. Every dish served and every cocktail shaken is a vital part of a student’s professional development. Unlike a traditional restaurant, your feedback directly shapes their learning. Guests often find that our students go above and beyond to demonstrate their skills, resulting in a level of care and enthusiasm that is rare in the industry.

Gourmet-Standard Menus - Because we are an educational institution, we are able to offer gourmet-standard menus—comparable to the city’s finest brasseries—at a significantly lower price point, making high-end dining accessible to everyone in the Glasgow community.
