Mungo Mobility Project

Mungo Mobility Project

The Mungo Mobility Project supports students on both Further and Higher Education programmes to develop transferable and occupational skills.

Since 2016, it has been encouraging accessibility, diversity and inclusiveness and promoting mobility as an effective method of developing skills and competencies for our students.

The project has been funded through the Erasmus Plus programme and more recently the UK Government Turing Scheme.

We have secured funding for over 980 student places that support enhanced learning experiences for students across - Bakery, Barbering, Beauty & Complementary Therapies, Business & IT, Cabin Crew, Care (including Assisted Learners), Construction, Hairdressing & Make-Up Artistry, Hospitality & Events, Professional Cookery, Sports, Tourism and WorldSkills.

Students have visited and studied in the Basque Country, Canada, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lanzarote, Latvia, the Netherlands and Malta.

If you’d like to discuss mobility opportunities with City of Glasgow College, contact: Susan Watson, European Funding Officer.
