Project Introduction

The Assessing Digital Maturity in Colleges (ADMiC) project aims to ensure Colleges across the EU are fully prepared to adapt to new ways of digital working.  The project will use self-assessment as a tool for assessing the digital maturity of an organisation and will also provide organisations with resources to adapt and enhance Digital Strategy, Digital Culture and Digital Resources and Infrastructure.

The objectives of the project are to:

  • Enhance the digital maturity of 50 VET institutes by March 2023.
  • Increase the knowledge & skills of 300 VET staff on how digital transformation can improve education delivery by March 2023.
  • Develop and disseminate a suite of open online educational resources that support digital transformation by March 2023.

Project Outputs

The project team will work towards the following outputs:

  • Creation and validation of Digital Maturity Self-Assessment Tool.
  • Creation of Online Learning Programme to support Digital Transformation.
  • Development of a Web Platform (admic.eu) - an Open Educational Resource (OER).
  • Developing Digital Capability – A Best Practice Guide.

Project Results

The project aims to promote a digital-first culture, whilst supporting colleges to implement a systematic and robust set of actions to enable digital transformation and enhance their digital maturity.
