Educational Support Worker
Educational Support Workers (ESW) support students in the classroom by acting as a reader, scribe, or communicating your needs to your lecturer.
If you think you would benefit from an Educational Support Worker, speak to your Learning Support Advisor about the support you require during your needs assessment.
British Sign Language
If your language is British Sign Language (BSL), you are very welcome at the college and language support will be put in place for you. A Communication Support Worker / Trainee or Registered Sign Language Interpreter will also be available out-with class times for other events within the college.
