Overview
This 9 week program will guide you through the art of Italian cooking, covering essentials such as pasta, pizza, focaccia, risotto, and gnocchi, along with beloved Italian classics like lasagne and minestrone soup. No Italian meal would be complete without dessert; you'll learn to prepare treats from simple panna cotta to elegant tiramisu. With each week, your confidence will grow as you explore the diverse recipes of regional Italian cuisine. Chef's tips and expert techniques make this an enjoyable experience, perfect for meeting new friends and enhancing your culinary skills.
You’ll complete nine weeks of demonstration led cookery lessons, creating items such as pizza, pasta and tiramisu.

Materials
All equipment is provided. You will be required to bring your ingredients with you after week 1. You will need containers to take your products home in.
Dress code
You should wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
