Digital Media Courses

- NQ Digital Art and Animation Portfolio (Level 6) – an introduction to digital art, animation and design processes. You'll develop core skills and work on a portfolio of work suitable for moving onto further study at HND or degree-level.
- HND Creative Animation – you'll learn a wide range of creative and technical animation skills, covering traditional techniques such as stop-frame frame by frame drawing and digital 2d and 3d processes. Pre and post-production skills are also covered, with a strong emphasis on ideas, creative process and contextual awareness. Provides an ideal launchpad for degree-level study.
- HND Design for Digital Media – you'll develop industry-standard screen-based digital design skills for mobile apps, motion graphics, visual effects and other screen-based content. Graduates progress on to a variety of digital design degree courses and find work as screen-based designers of all kinds.

What surprised me the most about the course was just how much variety there was, going from sound design and visualisation to life drawing with various media to coding and creating our own autonomous drawing machines all while being taught by some amazing lecturers each eager to help each of us when we needed guidance.
