City Students Inspired by Luxury Textiles Donation
Perthshire-based leading hospitality garment supplier, Luxury Textiles, has stepped up to support the aspiring culinary talents at City of Glasgow College. They made a substantial donation of over £10,000 worth of chefs whites and aprons which is set to enhance the educational journey of professional cookery, bakery, and patisserie students as they prepare to enter the hospitality industry.
Luxury Textiles' owner, Billy McNeill, alongside Scotland's National Chef, Gary Maclean, recently visited the college to present the donation to our students.
Billy McNeill expressed his enthusiasm for supporting the development of people in the industry, stating, "The hospitality industry is a great industry to be a part of and by making this donation, we hope it will serve as a valuable support to students' educational pursuits and professional endeavours in this vibrant industry."
