Saturday Cook School

Our cook school is for all abilities as the menu will be fully demonstrated. The day starts with a morning coffee and then it's on to our professional teaching kitchen to create your three-course masterpiece. You'll learn step-by-step how to create the perfect three-course meal, before moving on to our private dining area to enjoy what you've made with a few glasses of wine. You will also receive a recipe pack that you can take home.

Master Classes

These classes run one night per week for 4 weeks for amateur cooks to learn different cookery styles and skills.  This class is ideal if you love to cook and entertain. Delight your friends and family with amazing food at your next special night. You will learn to cook everything from soups, breads, starters, fish and meat main courses, puddings and desserts. Over 4 weeks you'll build an amazing repertoire of skills and dishes. This is a culinary experience not to be missed.

Demos

A three-hour demo by Gary of some of his favourite dishes with tastings and the chance to ask any questions.
