How to Prepare

• Update Your CV: Highlight your caregiving experience, qualifications, and relevant skills; tailor your resume to the specific roles and organisations you're interested in; 
• Research Participating Organisations: Familiarise yourself with the Social Care and Early Years providers attending; understand their specialties, values, and patient care approaches.
• Prepare for Interviews: Practice common interview questions related to caregiving and patient interaction; showcase your empathy, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
