This year we're unable to celebrate with our usual Burns Supper but Executive Chef at the college and Scotland’s National Chef, Gary Maclean, has filmed a video giving you a taster of what goes on behind the scenes at our Burns Supper and some simple recipes ideas to top and tail your traditional haggis - Cullen Skink and Heather Honey Cranachan.
“Our college Burns Supper normally provides an excellent learning opportunity for our professional cookery and hospitality students, who always impress visitors with their exceptional culinary skills and high quality front of house standards. This year, of course, we are unable to hold the event so instead we have created this video which we hope people will find helpful when preparing their own Burns Suppers.”
