Overview
This course is suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians and includes some vegan dishes.
Each session will look at seasonal recipes and can lead naturally to the next season should you choose to complete more than one block. In the autumn and spring sessions, the dishes are mostly hot and cold savoury and dessert items and on the summer course, several salads, desserts, and hot dishes suitable for cooking on a barbeque are covered.
Youā€™ll complete nine weeks of demonstration led cookery lessons, creating items such as falafels, bean enchiladas and raw vegan cheesecake.

Materials
All equipment is provided. You will be required to bring your ingredients with you after week 1. You will need containers to take your products home in.
Dress code
Wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
