Overview

Sabores a Espana - Unleash the Art of Spanish Tapas 

Welcome to an immersive Spanish tapas cookery class where you'll begin your exciting journey through the vibrant flavours of Spain. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the simplicity and delicious flavour combinations that Spain is renowned for. You will gain insight into selecting and sourcing authentic Spanish ingredients. In each lesson, you will concentrate on one main dish which will give you several smaller tapas style servings. 

Week 1 will include a demonstration thereafter each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe which will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week. 

You will learn dishes from various regions across Spain and explore a selection of meat dishes such as pork fillet, steak with patatas bravas or Serrano croquetas.  

You’ll complete nine weeks of demonstration led cookery lessons, creating items such as Paella, Tortilla and Crema Catalana.

Materials

All equipment is provided. You will be required to bring your ingredients with you after week 1. You will need containers to take your products home in. 

Dress code

You should wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
