Overview
This course is now full however we do have places left on our NQ Computing: Digital Design which will introduce you to creative and technical skills, in the production of screen-based graphic design and media content for interactive and multimedia applications, such as web, mobile app and motion graphics. This course gives you an introduction to digital arts and animation and the chance to develop a strong portfolio of work suitable for applying to a wide range of higher art and design courses. You will develop creative drawing, design and animation skills as well as strengthen your analytical and organisational skills. By so doing you will take the first steps toward an exciting career in the creative sector.

This course is placed on the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework at Level 6.
On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded an NQ qualification in Computer Art and Animation.
Entry requirements
Minimum entry requirements
- National 5 Art and Design and National 5 English at Grade C or above; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications or experience.

ESOL entry requirements
Applicants whose first language is not English should have minimum SQA ESOL National 5 or equivalent for NC/NQ courses and ESOL Higher or equivalent for HNC/D courses.
