It is mostly theory based, delivered as classroom-based lectures and tutorials. The course offers an academic starting point for advancing your career in the Construction Industry if you:

  • Want to build your confidence about engaging in academic learning.
  • Have previously failed to achieve the results that demonstrate your full potential.
  • Are returning to learning after a break.

Please Note:

  • The cost shown is for year one of the course only.
  • You will be required to attend college for 1 day per week from 9am to 4.30pm for two academic years.

Modern Apprenticeship Opportunities

The college runs this NC in partnership with CITB who provide MA’s for employers for new Trainee Architectural Technicians / Quantity Surveyors. This would be a 3 year MA which includes this NC & relevant SVQ 3 Vocational Qualification.
