This course is perfect for you if you are looking to improve your baking and learn tips of the trade from an expert.

Entry requirements

Minimum entry requirements

Completing the Introduction to Craft Baking class would be beneficial, but if you are passionate about baking and have experience of weighing and measuring, then this is the class for you.

What you study

Over the duration of the course you will cover a broad range of skills and processes involved in the bakery, producing hand-crafted breads, pastries and cakes with a slightly higher degree of complexity than our introduction to craft baking class.

After the course

Careers

There are a variety of leisure classes within the Culinary Arts and Bakery department which you may wish to consider after completing the course. Please check the website for the latest course availability.
