Overview
If you enjoyed the Introduction to Craft Baking class and want to develop your skills and expand your recipe book, then this is the class for you. Learn to produce well-loved nostalgic and modern cakes, pastries, artisan breads and signature bakes you can make in your own home.
This course is perfect for you if you are looking to improve your baking and learn tips of the trade from an expert.
Over the duration of the course, you will cover a broad range of skills and processes involved in the bakery, producing handcrafted breads, pastries and cakes with a slightly higher degree of complexity than our introduction to craft baking class.
This short course may inspire you to explore our other evening classes on offer or even pursue a full-time program in Culinary Arts and Bakery.
