The Certificate of Professionalism in Innovation Practice [CoPI], from the Scottish Institute of Innovation & Knowledge Exchange (Scottish IKE) helps you build successful innovation scenarios, programmes and interventions and supports the creation of a pro-innovation organisational culture.

Innovation is a key component and delivers true valuable benefits when implemented in a systematic way. Constant change and threats of disruption have become the norm; therefore, organisations need to have a structured and effective approach to innovation.

This two-day programme will help you examine the tools and frameworks that market-leading organisations use to build innovation into their business approach.   The programme offers tangible and practical content which can be immediately deployed in your organisation.

Teaching

How the course is taught

Learning materials will be provided. Upon completion of the programme, participants will be eligible for a Certificate from the Institute of Innovation & Knowledge Exchange (IKE) as well as a full Membership of the IKE Institute.
