Overview
On this HND Mechatronics Advanced Industrial Automation Engineering course, you'll expand the principles covered in your robotic, electrical, mechanical and electronic units gained in the HNC Mechatronics. You will develop this understanding further and show how these individual engineering areas are interfaced together with computing software to form interactive and complex production systems.
During the course, you'll be taught by staff with significant industry experience to develop your skills in a range of theory and practical disciplines. Many of the course units are project-based with report writing included in just over half of the second year subject units including a Graded Unit 2 technical project.
