Overview

This Qualify at Home package allows you to study online, for up to a year and at a pace that suits you. The package includes e-Learning, e-Assessment & a remotely invigilated exam. 

To gain the regulated Highfield Award in Food Safety Level 3 qualification you will be required to sit a remotely invigilated exam.

Food Safety Level 3 online training course is designed for supervisors and managers with responsibility for food safety.

It is ideal for those supervising or managing food safety in a catering environment but is equally useful for those working within food manufacturing. It is also an ideal training course for those who have gained a good understanding of food hygiene while working as food handlers and are looking to make the step up to supervisory or management positions.
