Overview
Cooking for Friends is the ideal class if you like to entertain at home. Delight your friends and family with restaurant quality food at your next special meal. Dinner parties are a great way of catching up with people and on this course, we'll teach you preparation techniques and tricks of the trade to make sure you're not stuck in the kitchen all night.
You’ll complete nine weeks of demonstration led cookery lessons, creating items such as sticky toffee pudding and butterscotch sauce, crispy fish tacos and chicken curry and rice.

Materials
All equipment is provided. You will be required to bring your ingredients with you after week 1. You will need containers to take your products home in.
Dress code
You should wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
