Overview
The Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams to achieve objectives.
Typical units include:
- Coaching and mentoring for individual and team needs.
- Principles, skills and impact of coaching and mentoring.
- Understanding organisational culture, values and behaviour.
- Understanding team dynamics.
- Completing the coaching and mentoring process.
You will have the opportunity to explore the subject through a mix of training materials and guided discussions/class exercises.
Duration
- Award: 3 days / 6 half days plus online / self-study over 2 months.
- Certificate: 9 days / 18 half days plus online / self-study over 6 months.
Certification
The CMI Award / Certificate in Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring will be issued to all successful delegates.
