But that’s not all! You’ll also explore perfect drink pairings, including expert wine tastings, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options that will elevate your holiday feast.
It's the perfect way to enter the Christmas spirit while learning skills to wow your family and friends.

Teaching
How the course is taught
Practical lessons are delivered in our state-of-the-art professional kitchens, with all cooking equipment and resources provided. Food for lessons should be purchased before each lesson and guidance will be given before starting the course.
Our restaurant Scholars' will be used to deliver the front-of-house elements of the course ensuring you have the skills to be the perfect host. Some wines and spirits may be provided for tasting and discussion, but alternative drinks may need to be bought.
