Professional cookery, hospitality and events students helped to prepare and serve at a number of VIP dinners in the college’s fine dining training restaurant, Scholars. The dinners were hosted by external organisations as part of their COP26 activity held at the College's City campus. They included the International Chamber of Shipping, British Chamber of Commerce, Glasgow Chambers of Commerce, University College London, and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). The students worked alongside the college's Executive Chef, Gary Maclean, with each menu showcasing the best in sustainable eating.
