From the construction of bridges, railways, and roads to the design of our schools, hospitals and homes, Civil Engineers help to build and shape the world around us.

Supporting you to take the first step, a Foundation Apprenticeship in Civil Engineering aims to introduce you to the world of our built environment through a combination of classroom and practical learning.

You will learn about the key principles and practices of Civil Engineering and explore career options available within the sector.  You will then apply your learning outside the classroom and complete a work placement with one of our industry-leading employer partners.
